Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Please order carefully.

Our Policy

All sales at NetPlay Arena are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been shipped. We carefully inspect every product before dispatch. If you have any questions about a product, please contact us before placing your order.


Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear, unedited unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened. Without this video, the claim cannot be processed.

Approved cases will be replaced with the same product at no extra cost, subject to stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, we will refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.


Manufacturing Defects

Product defects will only be considered if you provide a clear, unedited unboxing video taken at the time of delivery, showing the sealed package being opened and the defect clearly visible. Without this video, defect claims cannot be processed under any circumstances.

For brand warranty claims on defects discovered after use, NetPlay Arena can guide you to the right manufacturer contact. Warranty claims are handled directly by the brand.


What We Don’t Cover

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size selected (please use the size guide before ordering)
  • Used, worn, washed, or altered items
  • Items with damaged or missing tags or original packaging
  • Sale and clearance items
  • Bulk orders
  • Strings, grips, shuttlecocks, and other consumables
  • Defect or damage claims without an unboxing video

Order Cancellation

You can cancel an unshipped prepaid order. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
